Grounded Together: Building Your Daily Practice in Community
Join us for our January virtual workshop series. We invite you to establish or deepen a daily spiritual and wellness practice (sadhana) in a supportive community setting. This series integrates pranayama (breathwork), yoga movement, meditation, and reflective journaling to nurture personal growth and cultivate connection. Each session includes space for guided discussions, reflections, and shared intentions to integrate spiritual teachings and wellness practices into daily life.

Sadhana is not just a practice, it’s a living prayer. It’s the daily commitment to show up for yourself – in stillness, in movement, in reflection – as you weave together a path of growth, presence, and peace. Through this practice, we will build a rhythm of devotion, strengthening our inner foundations and cultivating mindfulness that carries us through the days.
We will cultivate a sustainable pranayama, yoga, and meditation practice – tools to ground, center, and expand our energy, creating lasting balance in mind, body, and spirit.
